Baby Maggots

Alivia and I were talking the other day and I told her that if we have a baby boy his name will be Maddox. She said she didn't like that name and wanted to call him baby tyler. That's the baby's name at the babysitters house! I told her that his name won't be tyler it will be Maddox. I asked her if she could say that and she said "Maggots!" We'll have to work on that!!

I'm so glad xmas week is over it was totally crazy. We started off tuesday night by going to a visitation at a funeral home. That was the perfect start! Santa always comes to our house the night before xmas eve, with us being out late tuesday night and Rob had to work all day wednesday we decided to do the Santa thing xmas eve night. On Wednesday, Alivia and I woke up and went to the funeral. She decided she wanted to go home with my mom. I was able to go home and get the Santa stuff ready. When Rob got home from work that day we finally went to my mom's to start xmas! When we got home that evening I felt like it was a little chilly in the house, I went to crank up the heat and discovered WE HAD NO HEAT!!!!! We have a home warranty and of course they said they couldn't get anyone to come out until Friday morning, and it was wednesday evening!! It was 28 degrees outside Wednesday night. We survived the night and got up the next morning and opened our presents then we started to go to Rob's mom's house for xmas. We got about 5 minutes from the house and the heating guy called and said he could come right then!! So we turned around, he was able to get it working temporarily so we were very grateful, we ended up being 2 hours late to his family's house which made us 2 hours late to my family that afternoon. It was very rushed and not relaxing AT ALL!! I was, however, very impressed with how my house held the heat. It only got down to about 65 degrees in the house. We normally keep it at about 74 so it was a little chilly but not unbearable.

Today is my friday, I'm off xmas eve, I never work that day, it just feels like a holiday to me, my office is closed on new years day and i figured heck, i'm not coming in just for friday! So hopefully, these next few days will be relaxing!!
