Where do the boogers go?

At alivia's last dr's appt the doctor asked me "How long has she had the runny nose?" I replied "Since the day she was born!" Well, lately everyday when I pick her up from the babysitter we have to do booger surgery for 15 minutes-let me tell ya-she loves it! I'm kind of obsessed, I don't like my beautiful daughter to have anything disgusting in her ears or nose-at any time!! Whenever she does I call her trailer park! Anyway yesterday I was telling my husband about the marble sized thing that I pulled out of his daughter's nose-and he says "If you don't get them out then how do they get out?" "THEY DON'T-now you see why I'm constantly picking at her!" He thinks about it for a second and says "They have to come out eventually" "I really don't think so babe and even if they do, i'm not letting her walk around like that to find out!!!" Don't worry, it runs in the family, Brayden is booger free too!
